OPTION 1 - Space Only

Only the floorspace is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the design and construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations and the venue’s Technical Regulations.

OPTION 2 - STANDARD SHELL SCHEME

Shell scheme includes walls of 1m panels, carpet, name board, spotlights, an electrical socket and basic furniture. The number of components increases according to the size of stand.

OPTION 3 - NEW EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

If you have never exhibited before or participated as a sharing company, 6m² stands are available in the "New Exhibitor" Zone.

OPTION 4 - ENHANCED STAND BUILD

Our cost effective Enhanced Stand Build Packages will be available whether you have a Space Only or Shell Scheme stand. Cost effective graphic printing will also be available.

Included in the cost is your company logo / choice of carpet colour / choice of plain panel colouring / furniture / lighting / electrics / power consumption.

2. Other exhibiting related costs

Registration Fee - GBP 320

A compulsory fee that includes online promotion in the exhibitor directory, other online features and benefits, entries in the show catalogue/pocket guide etc.
Corner Charges - (additional cost): GBP 150 per corner

This cost applies to stands with 2 or more open sides. 2 open sides = 1 corner, 3 open sides = 2 corners, 4 open sides = 4 corners
Insurance - GBP 160.89

This charge will be added to contract for companies resident in the EU only. It is a requirement in the Regulations that all exhibiting companies are fully insured. Premium flood cover can be given upon request/
Sharing Companies Registration - GBP 320
This charge will be applied for each company registered on your stand. Sharing Companies will receive the full range of features and benefits on the website and show catalogue as main stand holders but will not be able to place onsite orders. Brand company can be registered free of charge.
