in-cosmetics Asia 2015 was yet another record breaking event, resulting in 7,486 unique visitors* to the show – an increase of 14% on the previous year. 385 exhibitors from a record 32 countries participated in the event , with 76 of the exhibitors being completely brand new to the show.
The free Educational Programme offered the opportunity not only to discover new ingredients, but also learn from industry experts. Marketing Trends Presentations revealed insight into the most significant topics affecting the region such as future consumer trends predictions, the growing emphasis on Natural & Organic, 3D Bioprinting, and the latest developments in regulations.
Meanwhile the Innovation Zone, showcasing the latest active and functional ingredient launches, caught the attention of visitors with its easy-to-navigate design and had them transfixed during the interactive Mintel demonstrations.
Supremely popular was the Interactive Formulation Lab, which provided R&D visitors with exclusive expertise and practical skills training in a functional lab environment.
The newly launched Gold Buyer Programme saw 40 new key industry buyers hosted at the show and over 140 meetings arranged for them with exhibitors of interest.
