  OPTION 1 - Space Only

  Only the floorspace is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for the design and construction of the stand using contractors of their own choice within the Rules & Regulations and the venue’s Technical Regulations.

  OPTION 2 - STANDARD SHELL SCHEME

  Shell scheme includes walls of 1m panels, carpet, name board, spotlights, an electrical socket and basic furniture. The number of components increases according to the size of stand.

  OPTION 3 - FIRST TIME EXHIBITOR

  If you have never exhibited before or participated as a sharing company, 6m² stands are available in a dedicated area on the show floor.
  
  Additional promotion is given in the show website, show directory and other marketing literature.

  OPTION 4 - ENHANCED STAND BUILD         

  Our cost effective Enhanced Stand Build Packages will be available whether you have a Space Only or Shell Scheme stand.
  
  Included in the cost is company logo / choice of carpet colour / choice of plain panel colouring / furniture / lighting / electrics / power consumption

• 2. Other exhibiting related costs

  • Registration Fee GPB300

    This is a compulsory fee that is automatically added to the contract that includes promotion in the online Exhibitor Directory and many other online features and benefits; multifple entries in the show catalogue / pocket guide and much more.

  • Insurance GBP160.89

    GBP 160.89 It is a requirement in the Regulations that all exhibiting companies are fully insured. We automatically add insurance cover at the above cost to all contracts for companies for resident in the EU. Regretably we cannot provide insurance cover for companies resident outside of the EU.
    
    If such companies have comprehensive cover of their own there is the option to have this charge removed on receipt of a signed contract and providing the Insurance Waiver Form is completed. This form will accompany the contract pack to be forwarded.
